    I've got a lot of mantras Here are some of them:

    "Chill out, it's not the end of the world. Only the end of the world is the end of the world"
    "Fuck it" (it is a very empowering phrase)
    "Stay cool and don't panic"

    Sometimes the mantras work immediately, sometimes I need deep breathing, emptying the mind. Rarely I need a dropperful of cbd syrup, it dissipates anxiety in the middle of the night, when something me dread is on my mind.

I love yoga and meditation and various breathing practices.     What do you think about CBD oils, guys? I would like to try it out soon, but I am not sure. I really need something to beat my depression, and I am pretty desperate now...

    I just take pills. Which pills and supplements do you guys take which work well? As for me, I like those from Canadian Pharmacy, for example. I think you will find them helpful to you too, have a look there and good luck

    Yoga and communication therapy!

    I practise meditation and watch inspirational video to open up my chakras. I do meditation 3 times per week, each session of two hours, and what I love about it is that because it’s a guided practise it’s easy for me to follow it. It deeply helps with my anxiety and panic attacks. Also, these videos that I mentioned really helped me to understand the principle of chakras and how important they are. Besides this, I always follow the advice from lifestance.com. It’s an online platform that helps people who feel lost, have depression or have any other mental health conditions or problems. Very helpful for me.

    First of all, you should reduce stress levels. Do you live sport? If yes, exercise regularly, it may help. Also, it's a good idea to practice yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. Have you ever heard of terpenes? Personally, I find it very effective. I usually buy it here FinestLabs.com
