    I need some help with items and scripting items?

    I am working with a trinityCore 3.3.5a custom server and I want to create a custom instance, but I ran into some issues. Creating items via database or trinity creator is simple BUT only certain flags and options are available. So...

    • how would i go about making an item that teleports you to certain coordinates?

    • how to make an npc that teleports you to a certain coordinates if you have a certain item?

    • how to adjust respawn time of enemies?

    • how to set enemies to never break aggro?

    • how to set enemies to only appear once a quest is active?

    how to adjust respawn time of enemies? -> creature table

    how to make an npc that teleports you to a certain coordinates if you have a certain item? -> create gossips and create smart scripts so the player gets teleported to location xyz on action gossip_select -> insert conditions so the gossip is only active if player has item xyz

    how to set enemies to only appear once a quest is active? -> check for a spell similar to "quest phase 2" or whatever -> creature_template_addon and give the npc this aura, upon quest accept you either use the npc to give you that aura aswell ( do not forget to unaura it once you are done with the quest) or you us the spell_area table.
