    I've got a lot of mantras Here are some of them:

    "Chill out, it's not the end of the world. Only the end of the world is the end of the world"
    "Fuck it" (it is a very empowering phrase)
    "Stay cool and don't panic"

    Sometimes the mantras work immediately, sometimes I need deep breathing, emptying the mind. Rarely I need a dropperful of cbd syrup, it dissipates anxiety in the middle of the night, when something me dread is on my mind.

    What do you think about CBD oils, guys? I would like to try it out soon, but I am not sure. I really need something to beat my depression, and I am pretty desperate now...
