    tell me if you managed to quit smoking? What strategy did you use?

    You need to reduce the dose of nicotine and the number of cigarettes smoked

    Just stop it immediately and do not make any exception. Your body needs 2 weeks to get all the side effects off, the rest is all in your mind.

    Agree, i'll add you something also :

    1. Don't even buy cigarettes.
    2. Try to find something that can replace it, let's say instead of smoking drink water. - Each time you think you need to smoke, drink water.
    3. If it's impossible for you to hold yourself, best thing to do is to put a calm music and sleep.

    Stay like this for at least 2 weeks to 6 weeks depends on your strength.


    Additional advice:

    Smoking doesn't help in any way but it does let your time fulled, i noticed nearly all smokers whenever they have free time they smoke.. that's the most thing you should work on.

    PS : i don't smoke, but i know how it feels since i vaped a while ago and that's what i noticed.
