    what you mean ?
    There is not yet any known team that working on emulator for classic 1.13.2
    Back to your question .. it depend how many devs will work and on what emulator core they will use..

    Probably you will never see this because Classic is basically a BfA client with classic content so it comes with all technical changes of that expansion as well.

    It will come... if everything else can be done as an EMU so can Classic.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure one of the top reasons WoW Classic exists is because of the amount of complaints Blizzard received about their DMCAs towards vanilla servers.

    Personally I see no benefit to developing a WoW Classic private server. If you want a WoW Classic private server, just go with a vanilla server.
