I am having an issue with AZER CMS as you can see below it shows the realm as offline but it is showing the correct number of online players? I am hosting the site at a different location then the server but I do think everything is setup correctly? Any ideas?

    Hey!

Make sure that your information is properly setup.

You can also provide us with the settings you have already entered. So we can try to pinpoint the problem.
    - Remember that. Login Credentials which has access from anywhere should not be shared. We also do not depend on such information. (that goes for any Login Credentials really)

Providing us with the information already entered will also allow us to further help you determine which part is actually causing the realm to appear as offline. I'm guessing either improper RA/SOAP Credentials OR perhaps incorrect world port within the configuration settings.

Looking forward to hearing back from you

    Regards

In case it helps my site is hosted on HostGator. When I host it on local host everything works just fine. I have also tried 0.0.0.0 for SOAP.

On the installer I entered the following setting:

    MySQL Host: no-ip hostname
    MySQL Username: ****
    MySQL Password: ****
    CMS Database: wowsite2
    Account Database: auth

    SOAP Host: no-ip hostname
    SOAP User: ****
    SOAP Pass: ****
    Paypal Email:

    Realm Description:
    Realm Character Database: characters
    Realm Port: 8085
    Realm SOAP Port: 7878

As far as i know, there was a thing that if the website isn't hosted on the same place as the WoW server files/server, it will show as offline. I'm not sure if they made it work/reworked it.

Darn I was hoping there was some fix because the store will not send items because it thinks the server is offline.
