    [SOLVED] Loot_template completely broken

    I have an item that when used pulls from it's loot template one of two referenced loot templates. Within those referenced loot templates there should be ONE item that drops. In my case, ZERO drop. I have been trying to solve this for DAYS as well as a few months ago but I gave up that time. I'm back with a fucking vengeance this time.

    I have come to believe that loot_template and reference_loot_template are completely fucked.

    Anyway, if anyone wants to try and figure this out I'd appreciate it.

    Reference chance to process is set to 0 in loot_template.

    I set it to 0 because they are both in the same groupid so they should be equally chanced when it's set to 0.

    When I set them each to 50 it has the behavior of dropping either 0, 1 or 2 items.

    idk what table loot_template is, unless you mean item_loot_template..

    This is not how the loot reference system works.
    the chance column is set for the chance to run the reference and the maxcount is set to work as how many times it should run.

    So references don't worth with groupids?

    Update: From the wiki it says "There is no way to have a reference as a part of a group."

    I'll pay someone to fix this.
