2012 ... Possible Scenario

Hello AC-WEB.

I am writing this in the intellectual forum because I want a mature discussion and no flaming.

I have a reason to believe that in 2012 we will have a ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.
Yes, you got it right ... ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.
Don't ask me why and how I know this cause I wont be able to answer you. I guess it's just pure intuition that drove me into slightly research this.
I have found a few articles and read them, but the most important I have found this.

After reading that I thought of it and it sounds quite plausible. Also the virus they talk about really exists, witch scares the shit outta me.

Please if you know anything or found any links about if/how/when a zombie apocalypse is going to take place please share them here. Also share your plan on how to survive a ZA.

My plan:

I am going to form a group of no more than 5 people (the closest to me, I suggest people around your age, Not parents, people you can breed with, Preferably 2 males and 3 females in 1 group). I will Travel to Los Angeles where I know People with alot of guns and Ammo. and my uncle who lives there is a pilot with a licence.
We will make our way to Nepal to the Shaolin temples and parachute down as I doubt there will be any Landing pads or anything similar.
That place should be zombie free and we should be safe for a while intil the government takes care of the problem.

My personal tips:

-Follow Army/Marines conduit
-Have discipline
-Check corners
-Have 2 weapons on you in case you get a jam or you run out on ammo
-Fill your trunk with ammunition so you have enough for your entire trip.
-Travel light.
-Clear and barricade a building over night
-Settle down in a building before 6PM summer, 4 PM winter
-Go shopping in a team of 3 only on daylight(again ... always check corners)
-At night always be sure you are safe before going to bed(you still need rest)
-Do not play music at all (you need to stay frosty all the time)
-When going to a mini store make some sounds at the entrance and be ready
-Always carry a blunt object( preferably a sword) for close combat
-Always have your weapons at handy for quick draw
-Get a 4x4 and install a front sweeper on it ... as trains have (for effective -frontal smashing of things to get them out of the way)
-Have a First aid kit always available.
-Avoid Group conflicts
-While fighting zombies listen to violent Hard rock/Heavy metal as its proven that that type of music can rise your adrenaline and make you more physicaly active and capable

I'm just going to start stocking up on beer now,then I'll have a shitload and I'll just camp out on my roof(zombies can't climb, duh) and pick them off 1-by-1 with my sniper rifle I'm going to invent that doesn't take any form of ammunition. It shoots pure bolts of energy taken directly from the atmosphere :)

I agree with him actually. It is a POSSIBILITY. Maybe not in 2012 exactly, but it could be soon. Although I never thought it was going to be a brain parasite. I wouldn't say the world hates us, I'd say a fair many hate us and the vast majority treat us with a passive disdain but our problem isn't that our president is well intentioned and poorly actioned, our problem is we keep sticking our proverbial nose in where it doesn't belong and dragging other countries along for the ride....

I agree with all except the meteors. One of my friends opted to join the Air Force instead of the army and is now working as an assistant flight director at NASA and they have all that shit on track. If by close you mean somewhere around 200,000 light years away? Then yes. But the only ones within striking distance are small, and could maybe take out the engine block of your car if it even made it through the layers of our atmosphere.

Actually, there are a lot of theories having to do with a "zombie apocalypse". That is a very bad term though.

Many people believe that many of the major epidemics we've had throughout the years have been put out by the government, whether to see what kind of effect they had, how easily it could be contained, etc....

I'm not exactly partial to that theory, but if it was proved true, I honestly would not be the least bit surprised.

And this "zombie apocalypse" could easily be a virus put out by the government gone terribly wrong(T Virus?? :O) lol
