World of Warcraft world editor?

I'm seeking a program like that, though i do not know if it is possible.
BUT, i joined a private server, who made their own places, and their own monster arenas and stuff like that!

Yeah there was a zone names Hyjal, with some flying chairs or something, and ALL trainers where there, and there were level 100-200 armors/weapons.
It might be an editing data program, but there were creatures all over, that THEY placed, they made DM into a 30-40 leveling ground?
They made their own shopping mall, will all items?

Own places? As in raising land / lowering land and so on?

If not, it's just database editing and spawning objects.

Right. It's just database editing.

Mobs -> www.wow-v.com
Items -> www.wow-v.com
Spawning mobs / trainers etc. -> .npc spawn <id>

WHEN - you get your server
running and your able to log on to it.

you can edit your database easyly with 2 programs there are proberly
MANY MANY more but these two are the most common.
if you need to find where to download them try www.google.com
and put in >download< followed by their name.
- HeidiSql
- NaviCat Lite Mysql

And you use a GM/admin character ingame to spawn some of the stuff
you edit in your DB.
