In theory yes, Babbaa didn't gave specific information on that. But I bet he wants people to make use of 'regular' TV series, like House, NCIS, CSI, Fringe, The Mentalist and the many others.

Well you didn't give me an answer. Are we allowed to make signatures from cartoon TV series because I hate making people signatures :\
