Router reset

for some reason I haveto reset my router every so often for my server and webpage to work? My internet doesn't stop, but I have to reset if i get "cannot connect" or webpage wont load to make an account?

just a question I had...geez.
was wondering if maybe other's had this problem?
i think it has to do with a refresh thing or something with the router maybe?
