yes, it edits your registry like the guide posted here before about lag reduction. its just a script that does it for you. im not gonna test this cause my comps just fine how it is

I would rec. just editing it yourself cause using stuff like that can cause alot of problems thats how my server went done a really bugged thing to reduce lag.
