Murloc ripoff

The name used was "Sahaugin", which happens to be an old TSR Dungeons and Dragons monster. (which the Murlocs resemble to a high degree) As far as I know, Wizards of the Coast now holds the copyright on TSR's old content. Blizzards high horse position on copyright infringement and terms of service violations mean nothing to me if they are so blatently stealing original ideas from other company's copyrighted materials. Any opinions?
