Okay.. So, My server is up.. I need some people to help test. I have one friend that can connect, and another who can't.. He keeps getting stuck Disconnected from Server at the login screen. So, I'm opening the server up to everyone, and your welcome to stay and play.

It's live with Hamachi.

Hey, i have a question about hamachi. Do u just tell your clients to connect to the number that hamachi gives you at the top of the window? How does this work?

You make a network and set a pass, then you tell your friends to connect to the network..

if they put it in 127.0.0.1 thats the local host.. so hamachi connects their computers so they pretend they are on a "lan" so it emulates them being on the same router >>same local host i think

just wanna add.. Hamachi opens yourself up to anyone on the hamachi, I suggest not joining a hamachi unless you know everyone on it.

How do they connect to your wow server from that though?

It creates a peer to peer tunnel to the people connected to the host. Meening it emulates a Lan network

so all u do is install hamichi on the other computer and connect o the same network and boom set ur realmlists the same as in 127.0.0.1 and it shud work?

yes, change your realm list to:

set realmlist "The hosts hamachi IP"
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

without the " "

If you just want a LAN server, to where you connect.. Than use 127.0.0.1. If you want friends and people to connect then use your Hamachi Ip, and have them set their realmlist.wtf to "set realmlist "Hamachi IP:8129".
