So what do you think AC-Web needs?

These are my suggestions and I strongly advise them:
- AC-Web events (you name them. It could be auctions, interviews, or perhaps release competitions)
- Awards (You know what I'm talking about - and we need it!)
- Thread of the Month (How could this go wrong? TotM can be nominated by the community and finally checked by the moderation staff)
- More smilies (No harm - and certainly a big gain)
- The availability for you to choose your own skin to use in the community (Imagine downloading your own skins to implement on AC-Web or if AC-Web really wants money then imagine purchasing new customised skins)
- More bars (More bars, but this time with moderation approval of +rep so we can avoid the traiding)
- A news team (We need a better main page, and I suggest we start a 'What's Hot, What's Not')
- Site polls (Make some polls for everyone to see and participate in)
- Profile customisations (Let's firstly bring back My Media, and of course make it for Power Users and above to customise their profile page appearances)
- An AC-Web server. (Oh yes, that's right.)

It won't keep up, why would you want thread of the month? It's highly irrelevant to these forums, not to mention it'll be boring.
- More smilies (No harm - and certainly a big gain)
Maybe, but why more? All the current smilies mean something.

You can do this, but why would you want to use your own skin? Rofl, just keep with the opitions they currently have.

Why would this avoid rep trading? Just means more none related, useless bars for people.
- A news team (We need a better main page, and I suggest we start a 'What's Hot, What's Not')
The news is given by the staff of Ac-Web not by some randoms. Why have a news team? It's basically for lazy people that can't browse the forums correctly.
- Site polls (Make some polls for everyone to see and participate in)
This isn't a game like i've said, it's a forum. If people aren't entertained here then that's good, it's not a private server or a freaking playground.
- Profile customisations (Let's firstly bring back My Media, and of course make it for Power Users and above to customise their profile page appearances)
Again, it's a forum it's a basic thing, no point in adding crap that people will not use. Also won't people start rep trading for this? I thought you wanted to bring it down. :eek:

Most of the people that work on these teams are immature, stupid, and halfwitted. What's the point in making an Ac-Web server? Just go pick one from the xtreme list.

I've added in my feedback, just to say this is a FORUM not a place where you come and be entertained. If you're bored here then go post some relevant things, do something useful other than finding all the above to try and entertain you on a forum.

- To be honest, making threads will not change a thing. It's, Jargs, choice to change what he wants, but your suggestions, I'm not going to be in the middle of this frustration when he doesn't change anything. To me, if you are sick of this website, why stay? If you don't like it, leave. Only reason why you probably stay is to flame non-sense, and make threads like this.. :rolleyes:

I was for some of the changes, but after reading this my opinion on this has changed. I agree with this. It is a forum based on the helping of private servers. Not myspace.

Yes, this is a forum community. But the definition of that is a community built on a forum software where people are able to post their thoughts onto the Internet through threads and categories. That says nothing about additional features to entertain people. Entertainment is a pleasure and should not be judged negatively because one thinks it's irrelevant to a community. I don't think it's irrelevant to the majority of people, and certainly would give more to do for those who don't have enough.

The last one may not be the best as it shows prejudice towards other servers. But if we can set up events, and such, to bring this community closer then more people will compete and post more detailed and vivid threads. this will just make a rep trade much slower bcs you will just need to find a release of him u want to rep trade with. but this suggetion is good anyway bcs it will get traffic to ac-web.

it has same effect as custom skin's just less lagg bcs it only changes 1 page. and altso it will have more Rep Trading= more traffic if the suggetion for Stop rep trading will be accepted.

We had that but it may just get the server and forums hacked bcs the big server will lose player's and they wont be happy about that we get bigger then them in 1week. bcs if jargs place a banner where he get's 0.005 per click he will true be able to make like 20k$ monthly same with the server people will join it bcs everyknows ac-web and its over populated.

and altso ac-web is a emulation website. And World of Warcraft emulation is just basicly the word for Online-Communism. Where everyone share's.

Altso with that thing ac-web is able to make monthly pools for who shall be the Moderator. They should ofcourse still be aproved by jarg's and The Old Moderators is Automaticly in the pool. Altso people will be able too chose Thier Staff with makes the community more trustable.
altso jargs can etc Chose out them who will be in the mod election etc 10 to 15 members + the mods.

Ac-web.org in my opinion isn't here to entertain people who are bored, and looking to kill 10-20minutes.

As for people competeing. That would turn into a giant competition that is constantly flamed. Also why should that
encourage people to post more vivid, and detailed threads?
People should do that out of common sense. I don't know about you, but when i post a tutorial, or read one i expect it to be detailed enough to learn from it. Who is going to post a tutorial saying

I actually have to agree. This is just a WoW Private Server Emulation site that helps newer and older players. I don't see why we would need everyone to have a custom skin or have more smilies... Can't you just be creative?
