I have seen this bug before and am not sure if it has affected much people before but it has happened to me quite a few times. and are wondering how to fix it. Here's How.

Resolution: Let's Say you have the bug and can't talk and no spells or anything, just go to another zone for example, You are in Shattrath. Just take a portal to Stormwind and relog and it will be fixed.

Way to Prevent: If the hoster of the Server restarted the server or you got Disconnected just wait a minute or two and the bug should not happen.

I had this on the CoreCraft server back when It was up..too late now.

i had the same problem on my private server. i had players talking to me threw macros saying that they had that buck. i fixed it by .recall port (playername) illidan. and it got fixed. they need to be ported on a plc that makes their screen load. and then it fixes right away

i had the same prob in my priv server. i can fix it by sending the players to a dungeon or a plc to make their screen load. and then it fixes the prob.

Yeah, It happened on the CoreCraft Server oh that reminds me i gotta check that place out lol
