Ok my computer hates me like ALOT so i can't make a public Server, so i want to make a Deal with Some one who can and will make a public server,

I can make Websites and Doa ll that(Webmaster is proffesion) so i will Help with a website if some one Makes a Public server that they will have up 24/7 or what ever, Also giveing me some sort of moderation int eh server lol. i can also mod the server with new weapons, armor, Wuests, even Citys (yes i know how to do that)
