Help with couple things on Private server

1. I need help figuring out how to connect to navicat. I just installed and im not sure how to establish a connection.

2. Does anyone have the offsets for spells and skills?
Ex. (Plate, frostbolt, fireball, swords, 2H mace, ect.)

To connect Navcat to your database open Navcat and select the Connection tab and set it up as follows

Connection Name : Whatever you like
Host name/IP address : 127.0.0.1
Port: 3306
Username: root
Password: antrix

Only Connection name and Password should need changed and it should then work.

Not sure about question 2, not sure what you mean by offsets?
