So lately i've been thinking about this idea, this whole emotion, that has become the norm for couples who stay together for a little bit.

Now Dictionary.com defines love as.
1. a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
2. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
3. sexual passion or desire.
4. a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart.
5. (used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection, or the like): Would you like to see a movie, love?
6. a love affair; an intensely amorous incident; amour.
7. sexual intercourse; copulation.
8. (initial capital letter) a personification of sexual affection, as Eros or Cupid.
9. affectionate concern for the well-being of others: the love of one's neighbor.
10. strong predilection, enthusiasm, or liking for anything: her love of books.
11. the object or thing so liked: The theater was her great love.
12. the benevolent affection of God for His creatures, or the reverent affection due from them to God.

But obviously i only refer to Definition 1, However most couples are better described by Definition 7.

I don't believe in love mainly because every relationship i've ever been in has fallen apart at the seams. and i think that in general, every other relationship where people decide they are in "love" (Definition 1) will only end in them being hurt, sometimes through Definition 7.

So i wanted to hear your thoughts on this and what you consider "love" to be.

I "believe", but I am not going to be in "love", cause I am not the one you will prefer to be with...

This is a pessimistic opinion to have, Dabboo. Yes people are quite mean to you on this, including myself occasionaly. But this is the Intellectual Discussion and i have to be honest, no you might not be the best looking guy at the moment but we all go through it and you will grow out of that awkward phase :)

I believe in "Love" specially since I'm in love with my gf and keep being told it was destiny blah blah blah... (Familys and friends = annoying >.>) but yeah, I sometimes question what "love" truely is, which is human nature though.

I guess, but dont you wonder if your not just attracted to your girlfriend, and interested in the same things, instead of being "Meant" for eachother.

nope. she was the first person in this world to ever get a smile on my face, let alone capture my heart.

Rather being alone than making anyone sad, cause it will somehow maybe lead to unexpected argues, someone starting to whine, I don't want that things to happen, when I am older, I might consider do it, right now, there is not ONE chance...

well loves a true thing ,im deeply in love with my girlfriend we have a 12 year old son, and threw all the hard times and good we still comunicate just by looking in each others eys.love condesends everything we deem as reality, becaus when everythings done and said we still have each other,no matter what the world does around us we still look to each other for support, the world can fall down around us and we know as a couple we will be alright.love is a powerful thing wen you find it youll know, dont look for it it will elude you. it will find you and when it does youll know.

JUST A SMALL WORD OF WISDOM
