What is a browser

Hi, I have been setting up my private server using the Ac-web ultimate pack and I am all the way done with the 1,2,3,4 setup... I think. But I cant figure out where to type localhost at? It says my browser but what is my browser =( im lost please help...

Hey,
I was looking on the forums for quiet a while but wasnt able to find anything about how I can edit items in the navicat program. I go into the antrix->items and I see the table off items and the values and stats for them. i tried editing simple things like the name of items or the damage and when I .add it in-game nothing changes... Is it possible for you to tell me a way to create or edit items using navicat please? Maybe I need to do a save or something after the edit or log-off server but I am confused please do anything you can.
