How to full rep with everybody: and some teleport coordinats

Just wondering if there is a way to get full reputation will everybody, alliance and horde. Also I was wondering if anybody could tell me the coordinates to get to developer's playground, developer's island, and programer's island. Any other cool stuff would be nice to. I'm new to the whole owning a private server thing and I'm finding it to be awesome so far.
