View Full Version : How I think this Earth was made into a unique planet

Right. As you probably should know, the universe was created by the Big Bang.
I don't believe that because of this Big Bang, our Earth was just suddenly created.

This is my theory.

Right, so billions of years ago, the Big Bang started time. It took about a billion years for the forces, dust, rocks and such to form. The main force, gravity, was one of the main reasons that this Earth is unique.
About 4 billion years after the big bang (well..not sure), the first planets of the universe were formed by gravity pulling rocks and dust together.

I believe that in our group of planets, Earth had a twin. But one day (well...lightyear....i dunno), Earth's twin collided with the Earth.

This was probably the first of several cataclysmic events that led the Earth to being unique.

By the Earth colliding with it's twin, both of their gravitational fields joined together, creating a stronger Gravitational Field.

I could go on for days about how the Earth was made. But I won't.

I'll explain my theory on the moon, too.

The Moon is made out of Earth's Twin's remains (Rocks), some of Earth's gravity stayed around in the atmosphere, so, these spacerocks gradually formed together over millions of years, causing the Moon to be formed. This explains the tides too, as the Moon has it's own gravitational field, the seas are 'pulled' towards the moon.

Also, you know the dinosaurs? There is proof that a meteorite killed them. Look at this image: http://www.geologytimes.com/Images/Chicxulub_crater_illustration.jpg

That is the location of the Dinosaurian Meteorite's impact.

A point that I'm trying to prove is that life has died out plenty a' time, global warming isn't that bad compared to what the Earth has faced:
Giant Meteorites
Ice Ages
Volcanic Eruptions (This is cause by the Earth but oh well.)

So, surely we would adapt to Global Warming?

(Sorry if this was a bit messy, was talking on MSN at the same time.)

Your Theory is very thought out it's interesting, but Something had slammed into earth anyhow, causing the Pacific Ocean, However I doubt that the "Twin Earth" will catch on.

I actually got it from a program, but I now believe it :3

I read untill the twin-theory.

Everything before it, is considered the real deal.

Untill someone proves something else, thats what I believe.

Sounds Plausable

It does seem thought through. But what about how they have found water on other planets aswell? And the fact that the universe is endless... I mean, I'd say there's pretty good odds of that there are other *Whatever letter earth is*-classed planets out there...

Only problem is gravity isn't unique to earth, all planets and bodies or objects in the universe possess it.

Gravity is a property of matter which is to say it is the push or pull objects exert on each other and it's strength is affected by mass and size.

People are now actually stating it was called the Big Bounce, lol

@candyisgood: Yeah...I'm sure Xyo's such an idiot that he didn't know that....
Earth is special because it has a certain amount of gravity.

None or very little gravity - float away.
Too much gravity - you'd get squished.

Are you an idiot? Yes, that's why we can step foot on other planets just fine. Before you critique what I say, please come with something better than that.

Earth's gravity has VERY little effect on the ability for life to thrive here.

its very thought through
But where the f*** does life come in??
we couldnt possibly come from meteorites
And dont say any scientology bullcrap please -.-

jfd, i phoned up xyo (his internet isn't working atm) and he said people gradually began to evolve from the remains of dinosaurs :)

@candy: right, please tell me that the gravity on something like...saturn is absolutely fine.

By the way, wheren't you leaving AC-Web? I kinda feel like mocking you, but since you're kinda pleasant in general, I won't...

Welcome back, no... Wait, welcome, just welcome.
