how do i spawn things???

i have tried .addnpc .spawn .addspw .addspawn I TRIED EVERYTHING! does anybody know how to spawn things using creature I.D's??

i actully checked this time lol how do i delete things so they dont respawn? i checked the commands but cant find the command...i remember seeing it somewhere..whats the code? :P
