The new instances are Unused instances witch dont need downloads but the interface, new islands, New login background music needs to be downloaded

I see you canceled the interface changes which would just be AddOns that you wouldn't make anyways, so basically your adding someone elses Model Edit and doing a crappy re-spawn of the Deadmines from NPC's made from WoW-V, this is going to be one great expansion!
