I thought i could trust this 1 GM i just made recently.. but now he is violating all the rules of my server
like..

1. Giving away items
2. spawning npc's and not deleting them
3. free levels
4. free runs through instances
5. porting them to GM island
6. and a bunch other

i want some... stuff from you guys what should i do to him? and how should i do it?

Just make strip his powers imo :P if he couldnt follow directions and or rules he doesnt deserve to be a GM any longer

simple, strip him of powers and ban him, for that kind of things theres no remorse.
