No. no and no. If you want hosting you'll have to buy it (https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/hosting/dedicated.asp?isc=gameday01&ci=9014&display=dedicated) like the rest of us. And 10$ will get you absolutely no where so don't even consider trying to offer that to people.
