3.1.2 - 3.1.3 Patch

[Reapin]

This is needed if you compile your own server. I am sure it
has been posted before but I know some people don't
search forums so I am posting the download link.
I didn't create this patch Vlack from arcemu.info did.
Patch is called K5.

Once all the SVN's are complete. place K5 patch in the
trunk folder then click on apply patch and patch all
for those who know how to compile you should know
what to do.
