it doesnt matter its still fraud. if you live in the us, and i no you cant do this here, but you will get 5 years in jail, a 15,000 dollar fine, and up to 2 additional years of probation for a first degree offense (it means you unknowingly PARTICIPATED in this) thats the minimum
