3.0.8 repack additional accounts

I am not totally sure if this has been asked in the past, but I sure haven't seen it. Can someone just simply tell me if ADDITIONAL accounts can be created for FRIENDS on the latest version 15 Project Dalaran repack. If so...kindly please give a how to. Private servers are fun, but a little more fun to have a someone else to run around with.
