hmmm, well there i cant suggest much M@R!O, different 3.1.X Hearthstone repacks have different BUG's and stuff. Youl have to try one by your self, or ask one of the creaters of the repack to tell what works, and what dosent :D. In some Hearthstone repacks, Ulduar may not work as well with other commands like: .npc delete. So when a hearthstone repack saids 100% everything. Everything may not work. Hope this helps :)

oh uhmm guys, i think i accidently made it arcemu or my server is just doing very weird xD well there is a frekin 3.1.1 ArcEMU check this out!

That sammy thing is old, atleast now :D,
well the patch from blizz is 3.1.1 and that ONLY wrork with 3.1.0, Theres no reason at all to call it "3.1.x" because that "x" can only be 0.
Patch goes 3.0.9 to 3.1.0 to 3.1.1 so well its crap :D. 3.1.1 will be much better i belive. (as that release was made to special peps., it cannot be great, maybe just a BETA-non-finnished project wich they just gave out for testing.
Just stick with 3.0.9

vblack has already updated a new arcemu 3.1.1 most things are working but the Battleground is still down.

That fails, it's not even an official thing that ArcEmu made, some weird thing that sammyg modified and it only works for 3.1.0 even if you change the configs, this works for 3.1.0 and up:
