Not sure if this is already posted but since ive seen this alot...you should really remove it because thats very annoying when you have to raid with someone else just to get in. well heres how to fix that.
1) go into you database, ascent
2) open the table "worldmap_info"
3) you should see some stuff and now what you should do is scroll to the right a little, and sort the stuff by its "area_name" so you can tell what each is.
4) go to whatever one you want to change and look for the column "type" should be 3rd column.
5) change the # in there to 2, so players can do it solo. 4 is raid i think, not sure what the other numbers are so just leave them and change the ones you need to.
6) go ingame and ".reload worldmap_info"
7) and now instances are solo-able
