Right this was released by someone agees ago i cant remember who so credits to that person,
but ive not seen it in a while and some people may be looking to put starter gear on their server.

Its simple really u get the item ID what u want it to be Head shoulder etc submit and get the code query it into database and this will be starter gear

U should delete all the tables in playercreateinfo_items table so that when u execute new starter gear its not on current starter gear.

i didnt :S its in my htdocs on my comp and i looked at it.
and sayed im gunna release it not seen in a while so lol and gave credits do not leech my friend
and i just checked he released quite a while ago 01-24-2009
