Patch 2.3 UPDATE {READ NOW}

Sigh! Patch 2.3 is annoying. The fix that the Ascent created did in fact stop the WoW Error crashes, but there are still problems occurring. I cannot tell you if Jargs is going to release a new revision of Ascent to stop you wow from crashing, or if he is going to wait until Ascent comes up w/ a stable 2.3 support.

If he does it could be weeks before a revision is found. Blizzard is cracking down on their coding, and it makes it harder and harder each patch.

Again, we are sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused all of you.

We hope to continue seeing all of you on AC-Web.

Cheers! The Ascent team has done it again. At 2:00 PST a stable working fix for the 2.3 patch was released.

With a fix released, I can assure you that Jargs will have a new revision of the AC-Web repack, supporting 2.3 within the next day.

Guys have some patients. 7.1 was before patch 2.3 so its not going to work. Thorz posted that jargs is working on a repack and would release it in a day or so. I am sure they are trying to get it to work you guys just need to relax and let them do there thing.

Look around, you'll see that all of us are having the same problem. Best if you depatch to 2.3.3 using this guide here (http://www.ac-web.org/forum/tutorials/14829-get-2-3-server-if-u-downloaded-patch-2-4-a.html) for doing so. Or you can do what some people are doing and waiting for Jargs to take care of business.
