This zipfile contains two files, realmlist.wtf and script.cmd, simply replace the reaelmlist.wtf file in this zip with yours or edit the one in it so it points to your server. Then re-zip the file and put it for download on your server page. People may download the zip then open it and run the CMD file which will then automatically replace their realmlist file with the one in the folder.
THIS ONLY WORKS ON XP AND IF THE REALMLIST ON THE COMPUTER IS IN THIS DIRECTORY
C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf
I Will make one for vista later
