Quest levels are not correct

OK, I downloaded and installed thes fine repack but I have one problem so far. I made a Bloodelf Hunter to test with. I noticed that when I start a quest it has the right quest level but when I complete it and go to turn in, the quest is lvl 0. I get no XP for the quests. Is this something I can fix or maybe something that is being worked on for the next release? Thank you for your support. I searched for posts about 'quest levels' but did not find any thing about this. Please help.

yea dude u cant have it set to 0 that will make it have not xp the real wow sever use 1 i use 10

I did not set it to zero. The quest level changes to zero once I complete it and go to turn it in. The questxp rate is set to one in the antrix config file.
