By my terms, its a tool that does accounts and character editing without knowing databasing. I think im correct but i dont have time to download and test. :P

hm.. may I say "EPIC fail!"?

Even if it may be useful tool, no one will be insane enough downloading stuff that hasn't even got a description..

If you want to release something, you should've put enough time into it to be proud writing a description.. you get what I mean, huh?
