A Custom world restarter brought to you by Skreem.

What is so good about this restarter is.

**This restarter will also reload your accounts table at a much faster rate, thus making it nearly instant for a player on your server to create an account and log in.**
**This restarter works just like every other restarter, but it has a faster rate of refreshing your accounts table and is much more reliable.**

To make this restarter work you need to put it in your world of warcraft private server folder and start it up.
It has no menu. As soon as you double click it, it will work.
