Program to make items on Antrix?

I've been trying out some programs but cant seem to find any...What im looking for is like a homepage that allows you to make items then just save the file and batch it...anyone know a program like this?

I figured out how to make them...thanks alot...I just got 1 problem...When i batch the file this comes up:::
Unknown column 'gayshit' in 'field list

now WTH is that? :D

Just save the code as a batch file and in Navicat, click your antrix database and hit Execute Batch File, then find the text file that you saved the custom armor/weapon and and click ok, then in the game type .additem [ID you put for the custom weapon/armor] and it should work.
