Scanlines should not cover the render and lower the opticity

Ok ill change that thanks, im changing opacity a we speak

K i have a problem i tryed to get the scanlines off of the render but i made the render myself and to get that affect i had to use hard light, i did the scanlines on an earlyer layer so when i use hardlight the scanlines meld through :(
