Alright mate I'm trrying to put this repack online but when the world trys to conect to the logonserver it keeps saying "Authenticating...."
Authentication Failed" on the logon server it ses "Authentication request 127.0.0.1, request FAILED key: (insert random and meanless numbers here)

You can change a players armor that they start with in the playercreateinfo_items table. New thing is when you're a GM you spawn at GM island not the regular place.

Woot! I got through everything perfectly, I edited the .CONF files, I set up the passwords. Now my only problem is that I CAN connect to the realm, but on the character selection page it gets stuck to "Connected". Anyone got this / fixed it / knows a fix?

Yes... It's quite simple. Either you go to WoW Vendetta - Wage Your War (http://wow-v.com) or you go get a database editor and make that way you take the scripts high light the item's table to ensure it knows to go there then you put the SQL script in then execute it. Then grats your done D:

Show me your configs. (This goes to everyone who downloads my repack) Oh and my friend FCB fixed the problem that people are having when i was away. The "Authencation" errr whatever (Lol) Was giving people problems, well all you need to do is find (In the Logon Server) Change_me_Logon Just delete the Change_me_ It should look like this when your done. logon It should just be logon. And same with the world config also. And I will upgrade everything once i get back home. Hope you enjoyed the help! Look in your Arcemu-Logon and scroll down til you find "Change_me_logon" delete everything, but the logon. Same with the arcemu-world config to. Change_me_world look for that and delete everything. But the world.

Hey,

I found some things I don't know how to fix.

When on my admin account if I start a new char (e.g. tauren hunter) it won't have the starting items they normally have and it will start naked. But I made a new account with GM set to 0 and when I make a new char on this one it starts with full Death knight T7.

What can i do so they start with the normal things?

Thanks all. Eden you have to go in the playercreateinfo_items to make them have items on them when you first make the toon. It's easy, but it will take awhile.

Thanks, Xade. Eden you will have to delete the stuff in playercreateinfo_items (Go in to it and delete the items.) I can make a way for it to be admins only, but atm I'm trying to work on my Private Server. :)

Ok nvm. I have gone into the Server>MySQL>Data>world file on another repack. Copied the playercreateinfo-items files from that repack and put them into you're repack and now its all ok

I have a question; everytime i get into Naxxramas, i get spawned into an empty space, no roof, walls, nothing... i just fall and then die, or get disconnected. Ive tried with a lot of repacks and still Naxx dont works.

No vendors on gmisland. I haven't looked at Tso's repack. If you're trying to put the event objects in the database. The items are probably in the database already. The spawns you will need to do yourself. :) On the next core i will make vendors and such.

alright ive installed navicat and i found the creature spawn under world.. is that were i drop the sql file named mulgore event.. its for darkmoonfaire heres exact instructions from txt INSTALLING SQL DATA ==
1. Browse to '../sql/Events/Darkmoon Faire/' from your ArcEmu directory.
2. Choose a location you would like to spawn. (There are three)
3. In that folder are two sql files. One is a '_SettingUp' file and the
other is an '_ActiveEvent' file.
- SETTING UP = Carnies are setting up the faire prior to it's actual
opening just as they do on retail.
- ACTIVE EVENT = The fully spawned active version of the event.
4. After you picked which location/series you want, just execute that sql on
your server's world database.
5. Reboot your server and you're done!

To say the truth i think i know whats wrong.. You need to go get a program named TAKE OWNERSHIP and download it install it.... then rightclick on the conan folder.. and click on take ownership :):) i hope this getsrdone

first of all hats off it is a hard work done right :)

the 2 reasons i downloaded this repack after 6 month of no intrest in wow is your personality and quick response, and way ..
i have goten as far as playen it private and it runs fine, but when i put it online i am haveing some issues , when i run arcemu-world.exe and every thing loads up and connects it stay up for like 5 to 8 sec and then shuts down un expectingly

The things in red you need to change in your configs. And put your external IP in the realms config not your Host.

On your keyboard or Keypad... Whatever you use Laptop or desktop.

You should see a button called:

Print
Screen
------
SysRq

After you have taken a picture of the error go to "Paint" click Ctrl C

save it as anything and you're done!
