HELP told using a repack dosent make a server and is just a update if so give me guid

you could use the new 3.5 auto installer. Simply installs your server and Done. Then you need to open Server, Start mySQL and start Restarter. Then you start the Apache ( Website i guess) and Done. Your server is up. Read more about getting it Public In this section somehwere else.
