To OP:
Can you help me out with setting this up? When I downloaded the file from the link you gave, all I got was two winRAR Archives that I had to extract again.

But now I'm having trouble with the Navicat/MySQL database. There aren't any tables/databases. What should I be doing to get those in there?

Edit: Nvm. I got it working. :P Stupid mistake- just had to create an Ascent database and execute the SQL into there.
