those regen rates for power/health/mana and etc are completely retarded.
The XP rate, compared with the Quest XP rate is going to cause headaches too, but I'm not going to lay out the math for you...

Tweaking yes i think you may want to start over and if u do levels past 70 make custom items and mobs... Whats the point of level cap of 150 when theres no mobs that are higher than 70?
