You might ask what is the point in a protected VIP vendor?
Well it makes it easier! You can send your donors or VIPs a simple code and they can collect there in-game bonuses without contacting a GM or member of staff! (They can also use the code as many times as they wish on as many different characters!) The default code is MRBX but don't forget to change this!!

thats because you have your gm tag on. You can't attack or use spells when you have tag on in PS database

Solution: Change the code weekly or daily. It wouldn't be too hard to alter the script to only activate on certain characters.

I am new to emu servers so correct me if I am wrong, but couldn't you just get the ad.exe from another repack, put it in the WoW folder and make a folder named "maps" to do this?
