Look inside the Crash Dump folder you should have a .txt of the error.

i had the same problem, i had to do a clean repack , hope you can find a better sollution, good luck

it maybe something with framework dload newest one try reinstalling/updating core cleaning db/confs

What did you put in the DB while it was off for the last time? I had that same error, turns out a custom item i put in the server messed it up. Just go back and delete whatever you executed into your DB.
