Try reinstalling the program or defragging helps files out.

Hi cain,

I notice from your screenshot you are running your server form your desktop. If you are using the AC-Web repack, try installing it to

C:\AC-Web Ultimate Repack\

and let us know what happens, the config files will search here for some files.
