Introducing: Reputation System

Now there is a reputation system on the forum. This will hopefully prevent spammers and give credit to the people who actually deserve it ... not the biggest spammer. You should give reputation to someone when they have helped you or posted a useful tutorial, you can do this by clicking the "Add to (insert name here)'s reputation" button on there name. Enjoy and have fun repping!

Great, one thing Jargs, can you possibly fix the post rank icon. Mine wont show up under my name becouse i'm a donator.
