AC-WEB repack v3 vendor problems

Okay.. Jargs can you give me the SQL file for Tier1-6 and the weapons.. vendors i dont really want to explain what happend.

Noooooooooo...!!! fine ill tell you someone on my server changed all of the factions on the vendors.. to 1 i think then i tryed to fix it so i set it to the faction 12 for stormwind but then that didnt work... then i set it back to booty bay that STILL didnt work then i changed the flag of one of the vendor so now i could go up to it and buy stuff from it but then it said there was no items for selling on it..
