Ok, I think rarely someone Knows how to do this so i will post a tutorial
Tools Needed:
Model Viewer (http://www.wowmodelviewer.org/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=35&func=fileinfo&id=24)
Item Display ID For Model Viewer (http://rapidshare.com/files/52529886/ItemDisplayInformation2.csv.html)
Now to make it easier for you i will give you an example
I want to Find Thunderfury in Northrend Version Weapon Display ID
1st| Open Wow Model Viewer
2nd| Go at Items
3rd|Open objectcomponents and then Weapon
4th| Start Searching for an item or an item skin that you like...
5.| Sword_2H_Ashbringer is the Originall Display of Thunderfury...
6.| Via Animation Panel i change it to Sword_2H_Horde_D_01B
7.|Now Open Item Display Info
8.| Search for (CTRL+F) Sword_2H_Horde_D_01B
9.| Now look for the ID which is written at the left side of the Text
10.| Happy New DIsplay ID (for This Northrend wannabe Thunderfury DisplayID is 26451)

If it doesn't Exists then you type the Name wrong or there is no Display ID! Try changing the Search Direction From Down to Up and disable "Match Uppercase and Lowercase" Stuff :))

If I am reading this correct, you are telling us how to find DisplayIDs? There are like a billion articles all over the web and a ton of websites that have nothing but lists of DisplayIDs on them. And you can go into your DB and easily find the DisplayID for any item there.

Like I said, not hard to find at all. I got a program on my PC I got from this site that has every single DisplayID in the game. I just type in the name of the item, or I can look though the entire DB of items. I doubt this will sticky.
Also if you want to make a tutorial of any kind, you make want to make it more detailed and have make a lot more sense. Also, pics don't hurt either.

Ok, I'm not sure how to get the display id for a certain model. For some reason, the ids for the different druid forms are missing and I'd like to know what those ids are. Anyway I could scratch those up?
