Cannot Start Server

Ok, i start up the MySQL launcher. I then start the logon server. But it doesn't say "Hooking Signals" like it usually does. When I open up the antrix server starter thing (3rd). It says this in red text:
sql: Connection failed. Reason was "Lost connection to MySQL server at reading inital communications packet, system errors 0
sql: Main database initilization failed. Exiting.

Im using a router, ive opend and forwarded the correct port im using the ultimate repack 3

and when i try start my server for ppl to join

it does not work
